Who we are

fngood is a brand of Onesec PMM, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98045504. Our business address is Reduitlaan 33, 4814 DC Breda, the Netherlands. Onesec PMM is responsible for this website and the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@fngood.co.

What this site collects

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Our website runs on Cloudflare and sends these details through Resend to hello@fngood.co, our Google Workspace mailbox, so we can answer you. The website does not store your enquiry or log its contents.

We use these details to answer your enquiry, handle the resulting conversation or requested work, and meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. Providing them is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply. The legal basis for handling your enquiry is the step you asked us to take by writing to us. Where the law requires us to retain specific records, that retention is based on the relevant legal obligation.

We keep your enquiry in our mailbox only for as long as necessary to answer it and handle the resulting conversation or requested work. We determine this period by whether the enquiry is still active, whether work has been agreed, and whether a legal obligation requires us to retain specific records. When the data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it. A legal retention requirement applies only to the records it covers, not automatically to every message.

Analytics

The public website currently uses no visitor analytics or advertising trackers. No automated decision about you is made on this site.

Cookies

The public website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. The separate, restricted editing environment uses authentication cookies for the founders.

The two founders change this site through an editing tool that runs behind a sign-in on a separate staging address. That tool loads analytics from PostHog for the tool's maker while a founder is signed in, and nobody else can open it. Visitors to fngood.co never load it: the public site carries no such script.

Hosting and delivery

Cloudflare hosts the website, Resend sends contact emails and Google Workspace receives and stores our correspondence. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their data processing terms include safeguards for international transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Resend states that standard plans retain email and log data for 30 days; our mailbox retention is described above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for the following about the personal data we hold on you.

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification of anything that is wrong
• Erasure of your data
• Restriction of how we use it
• Objection to our use of it
• Portability of the data you gave us

To exercise any of these, email hello@fngood.co and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We update this notice when the site or the way it handles data changes. The month of the last change appears at the top of this page.
